California Guitar Trio will play at Johnny D's in Boston tonight. We played here at least twice in the past but last couple years we played at Middle East club in Cambridge.

The formal name for this club is Johnny D's Uptown Restaurant and Music Club. They serve a good dinner and afterward have music. Or, some people just come for dinner before music starts, so they don't need to pay cover charge.

We are doing sound-check or more correctly, line-check; that means, simply check if there is sound, that fine. We couldn't go into detailed sound-check since people are eating dinner.

Very, very good audiences they are at Johnny D's. The sound on the stage was quite bad but I'm glad that Tyler is joining us tonight as sound engineer; I'm sure that sound is fine in the room.
