We drove this morning from Ann Arbor to Columbus, Ohio. We took nice scenic route to get here since there is no straight freeway from Ann Arbor. Sometime itss very pleasant to take those small roads.
We arrived to Thirsty Ear the venue; I saw "Wishborn Ash" is playing HERE next 14th September. I was a big fun of them and when I was in high school, I had a Wishborn Ash copy band. I can still play and sing all the parts of "Throw down the sword" now. |
|
Is this stage big enough for Wishborn Ash? I felt a bit sorry for them because I heard our booking agent Steve is also booking for them. Well, maybe CGT and Wishborn Ash go to Japan play at Budoukan some day like an end of movie called "This is Spainal Tap"
Very, very good audiences they are tonight! We saw some familiar faces, here and there. Hoping they behave well. |

More people are around the bar counter. They are really listening attentively, and, tonight's performance for me is most effortless and music is there. It is very rare occasion I feel that way. In other words, I'm not playing music, but music is playing.
The audiences tonight are really great and they will not let us go!! We did two encore sets and after that, I felt pretty tired, like I spent all the energy in the performance. Anyway, we are very glad to play in here and thank you all who came to see us! |
