Public Radio Taping & Rudyard Kipling's, Louisville, KY., September 17th, 2000

Bert and Paul tune and practice.
A New Piece For The CGT?

After a long drive from Memphis we arrived in Louisville, just in time for a public radio taping. Paul and Bert are warming up and having a laugh by trying to remember the chords to "Girl from Ipanema" and "New York, New York".

A Quick Session And Then...

The soundengineer did a great recording job. We had time for a quick listen and then we dashed out, straight to the gig at Rudyard Kipling's!

What a great sound guy and setup!
I don't think it fits, Bert!
...Onto The Venue, For Fashion Modeling!

We found some strange stageclothes backstage. Bert could not resist to try something on.

Just Made It!

When we arrived at Rudyard Kipling's the audience was already coming in. We did a line check, and then it was time to go on. Here we are just before we went on stage.

Bert and Paul with Jarrod pose backstage just before the show!
Bigger Venue Next Time?
Standing Room Only!

The house was totally packed tonight.

Not A Free Seat In The House!

People had to be turned away. I was amazed to see such a crowd, after all it's been our first time in Louisville. The vibe in Kipling's is one of the best we ever experienced, and we enjoyed every moment of our performance.

What a great response to our first outing in Louisville!
